Aquarium Adhesive Glass Silicone Sealant Neutral Weather - Proof

Characteristics:

One component, RTV-1, acetic curing;Excellent weatherproofing performance;Good adhesion to various building materials.

Main Purpose:

Assembly for various glass windows and doors;

Joint and seal for interior decorative glass;

General joint and seal.

Will not shrink or crack , good adhesion, extrusion is good, easy to use, has excellent weatherability, Anti-aging; 30 minutes Tack free time;

Restriction of Usage:

Cannot be used as structural sealant;

Not compatible with the materials of grease or exudation;

Unsuitable for airproof location, for it requires absorbing moisture in air to cure;

Unsuitable for frosty or moist surface;

Unsuitable for continually flooding or entire-year moist place;

Corrosive to the materials of concrete, porosint stone, zinc and iron;

Cannot be used when the substrate temperature is under 6or above 40.

For Use with : Standard Caulk Gun , Application : For glass, aluminum alloy, plastic steel windows and doors, ceramic, non assembly oily Wood etc, Windows , Doors, mirror, Vents Applications and multi-purpose ;  Storage : 9 months shelf life if stored below 27 in cool and dry place after production.  

Construction Method:

Please do adhesion test or compatibility test to assure the applicability of product;

Please clean the joint with solvent such as toluene, xylene and acetone, then keep it dry;

Tape is used to cover the edge of the joint to make silicone sealant sealed perfectly, but it cannot contact the sealed surface;

Cut the nozzle at the desired size. Keep good contact between the silicone sealant and joint, and remove the tape before the sealant is cured;  Please keep ventilate for the construction site.

Restrictions:

When the surface of the material at the temperature above 40 , can't  be constructed using the sealant; cannot be used as structural adhesive; not in the wet surface construction; cannot be used for oil or oil leakage surface; cannot be used directly in the new cement concrete surface.

 Silicone sealant will release volatile compound so that it could be harmful to health, therefore, please keep good and ventilate;  Silicone sealant will not release any harmful substance and not be harmful to health after cured; Keep uncured silicone sealant beyond children’s reach. If getting into eyes, wash off with running water and consult a doctor;

 Maintenance

 Generally there is no need to repair. If the seal joint is damaged, please remove the damaged silicone sealant, clean the surface of substrates, and fill up with silicone sealant.
